Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German film and television actress famous for her performance in movies such as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra began her career in showbiz at a young age. Her roles included lead characters in television dramas as early as the age of 16. Her portrayal of Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue, from Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historic war film), was critically and critically acclaimed commercially. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were both nominated for Oscars. Alexandra is known for her work in numerous noteworthy projects both domestically as well as internationally. One of these is the British biographical documentary Control, the Greek movie The Dust of Time, and French historic miniseries Napoleon. In addition, she was a member of the jury for the Cannes Film Festival and the Transylvania International Film Festival.
